"I do not recommend if you’re needing to get anything done in a timely manner. I recently got married and was looking to be taken off my parents auto insurance, placed on my own, and wanted to add my husband. I chose Alec Bartz because they already had my renters policy. I started in November with Joseph. I made several phone calls, sent texts and emails. I was constantly told “I will send you out this quote.” Weeks would go by and I would have to call again. Finally I got ahold of Sarah on January 16th. She had a quote for me immediately. I asked her to get the policy started, and then she fell off the face of the earth. After 3 emails sent to her, I gave up and switched to Progressive. This was not an easy decision as I have been with State Farm for 7 years, but this was extremely poor customer service. When I called to cancel my current policy, Sarah immediately answered, never asked why I was cancelling or even tried to keep me as a customer. Very disappointed."

"I don’t know how this agency has a 4.9/5 stars. They stopped communicating with me through email, wouldn’t answer calls. The office manager was nice when i did deal with them but then alec and her both never responded. I switched to eddie moore statefarm in Leavenworth it is the best agency and I should’ve never switched. Alecs agency couldnt get my new car added for two whole months. I couldnt even set up drive safe. In the wayyyy beginning an employee enrolled us promised prices, she quit, and I was told “there’s no proof” but she used a work phone. My new agency got this all fixed within two days!"
